Hi! Thanks for being here today! My name is Anna and I am a licensed professional counselor, as well as licensed alcohol and drug counselor in the state of NJ. I have 6+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with an array of mental health and substance use challenges. I also have experience providing parent coaching, working with couples, and working with other mental health professionals navigating interpersonal stressors.
I have worked within inpatient psychiatric units, PHP/IOPs, in-home, and outpatient settings where I have worked with individuals on an individual, group, and family level. I have experience using psychodynamic and third wave cognitive behavioral therapy techniques (ACT, CBT, DBT), and my goal is to meet you where you're at.
