Hello, my name is Anna! My favorite tool to use in therapy sessions is mindfulness. Everybody seems busy and stressed, mindfulness allows us to process our emotions, identify stuck emotions, and be more present. I have found mindfulness practices effective in my client’s lives as well as my own! My favorite thing about mindfulness is that it allows us to slow down and enjoy life more. If we don’t allow ourselves to feel emotions they can get trapped. I want to help clients work through stuck emotions so they can continue moving forward. I can offer support, comfort and skills to assist you in working through your struggles.
