In my private practice, I specialize in working with the transgender and non-binary community: adults, teens and children who identify as transgender and parents with a child or adult child who identifies as transgender or non-binary. While trans identified individuals face many of the same challenges as cisgender people, such as depression, anxiety and relationship concerns, I am also aware of the challenges unique to transgender and non-binary people and their loved ones including discrimination, stigma, rejection, and oppression.
I take a strength-based and warm but direct approach when working with others. I believe that the most important factor to successful therapy outcomes is the relationship between a client and their therapist. With a trusting relationship, I am confident that together we can work through any barriers you may be facing, including societal constraints.

Support Group for Parents of Trans and Non-Binary
I provide a safe space where you can explore your feelings about the changes that are happening with your child. I have experience working with parents who have expressed a variety of feelings and have struggled with their child's transition. I understand that you may be questioning how to best support your child while also processing your own feelings, which may even include a sense of loss. This is a pivotal time where expressing your concerns and sorting through your feelings in a safe place matters.
