I work with individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with a variety of personal and relational problems, and seek to restore hope, meaning, and connection. My hope is that through counseling you will feel more known and connected to yourself and to others.
I am a General Practitioner and enjoy working with all types. I do offer EMDR therapy and have a background working with couples counseling, family therapy, teenagers, as well as eating disorders.
