My approach is integrative with a strong grounding in mindfulness, compassion, and empathy. I have a passion for working with people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and alone. I have worked extensively with adolescents, young adults, and parents. I also work with people struggling with the intersection of mental health and substance use.
