I combine system approach and EMDR. Exploring the systems (family, work, etc) that the client is or was involved in, his regular (yet unconscious) ways of behavior and felling gives the client new ideas and new choices and energy to move forward. And EMDR is a powerful tool to overcome traumas or disturbing events, change emotional patterns or traits.
