As a trained Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help you identify how your thoughts affect your feelings and behaviors. I offer individual and couples sessions to increase healthy communication, boundary setting and overall mood regulation.
For children ages 6 and older, I utilize play therapy techniques along with CBT to increase coping skills and more.I understand that it can be hard to reach out for help. Please know that you will be met with patience, kindness and understanding.
