Only evidenced based practices will be utilized to cultivate positive change, empowerment, and healing. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and a strengths-based perspective will be the primary means to achieve such during our time together.
Through psychoeducation, you will learn new ways to process common internal/external feelings and behaviors while creating and upholding healthy boundaries.
