My philosophy is that we are all doing the best we can, with what we know, in the circumstances we are in. We all have a story to tell and one that has shaped us. Therapy can be a place where we process parts of our story that have been heavy and find new ways to live a more fulfilled life.
Before coming to Better Life, I was helping adolescents and young adults with their mental health and well-being. Some of my prior work includes helping young people with their emotional and behavioral needs, teaching them anger management techniques, and helping them to live fulfilling, independent lives.
