I am now taking new clients of all ages to help with life's challenges. I have a variety of past experiences before landing here. I have worked with teenagers and their families in rural western Iowa counties. I enjoy working with adults, teens, and younger kiddos in all areas of life.

I love working out and enjoying its benefits to my own mental health. With that I am also a lifelong learner, in this field there is always something to learn. Although I am here to help my clients grow, they are always helping me grow without knowing it.
