I've worked with many people from many walks of life, but I have extra experience in working with teens and young adults, people experiencing family conflict and life transitions, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I use anything from traditional psychotherapies to somatic mindfulness exercises. I also make a point to emphasize your natural strengths to help you gain the confidence needed to make proactive choices.
