Thanks for taking some time to see if we might be a good fit. For over a decade I have been working with survivors of trauma. I am trained in EMDR, hypnosis, and family constellation to help alleviate the symptoms of trauma that manifest physically. In our treatments you will have options to learn yoga, mindfulness, and qi-gong. You can also choose to incorporate acupuncture, a modality that regulates the vagus nerve, and relaxes the parasympathetic nervous system, so you don't always have to "talk" about it.
