I approach my clients with compassion, a sense of humor and knowledge to empower you through short and long term rough spots. I tend towards working with folks who are/have struggled with anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD and navigating life changes. I would say my approach is often eclectic, meaning that I tailor my treatment according to your needs and feedback. I hope to work with you from where you are now until you have reached your goal of being your best version of yourself. I have been in practice for 19 years and hope my experience can contribute to your journey and healing.
I tailor my approach to the unique needs of each of my clients. I use EMDR, TF-CBT, Narrative and Solution Focused modalities, as well as many others to meet my clients where they are at. All of my sessions are approximately 60 minutes and are focused on YOU.
I get that life has it's ups and it's downs. I believe my professional and personal experiences bring empathy, understanding and unconditional regard for each of my clients. I look forward to joining you on your journey and to the work we can do together as you actualize all you want and can be for you.
