My goal is to help you reach your treatment goals. The focus of my work is you and building a relationship of trust where you feel safe to share the many hardships you’ve endured. My clinical training and research was special - it focused on both mental and physical health and how they affect each other. Do you have difficulty sleeping when you are feeling stressed ? I provide specific psychological tools & techniques to both resolve emotional distress & help you identify areas of your life that may be a strength like your culture, religion & values. My broad training and evidence- based approach targets both your mental & physical health.
Every teen and adult I work with displays strengths as well as difficulties. When working with patients, I emphasize these strengths.
