I am currently taking new clients and eager to help you if you feel we would be a good fit! I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Old Dominion University. My decision to pursue a degree in counseling was developed by working through my own personal challenges. Through that experience, I developed a passion to put my understanding of overcoming hard times and difficulties into helping others do the same.
I enjoy working with all populations and specialize in substance use, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and other life stressors. I utilize a strengths-based approach to help clients achieve their goals and make positive changes to better their lives.
