I use a person centered, trauma informed, strength-based approach to therapy. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and have extensive experience working with individuals, and their family members, who have experienced trauma, addiction and attachment wounds as well as those experiencing caregiving stress.
