I believe most of our difficulties as humans stem from early life events including feeling neglected, unheard and unseen. I work with adults who are experiencing difficulties adjusting to life events including recent birth trauma, traumatic events, loss and past childhood developmental trauma. My training includes EMDR, Ego State Therapy, and Attachment informed therapy. I use visual imagery, and mind body approaches.
If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed with strong emotions related to past wounding experiences, or perhaps feel stuck with feelings leftover from childhood, you're not alone. I use a combination of approaches to help adults with childhood attachment trauma regain a sense of connection with their inner selves.
