I am a Pediatric Psychologist, Parent Coach, and Board Certified in Clinical Child & Adolescent Psychology with over 18 years of clinical experience. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of settings. I primarily provide parent coaching and life coaching sessions for parents of kids and teens diagnosed with ADHD and anxiety. I also specialize in helping parents with highly sensitive kids and teens. My practice offers Parent Coaching online and in person.
As a Pediatric Psychologist and Parent Coach, I have a passion for helping families adjust, adapt, and/or accept their current condition. Therapeutic interventions I have found most helpful in addressing these concerns include: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Hypnosis.
