Immediate openings-Unique therapy using elements of EMDR, somatic and sensorimotor therapy to treat trauma, depression, anxiety and other mental health issues. I will educate you about effects of chronic stress/dysfunction/trauma on the body and brain (racing thoughts, negative thinking, feeling overwhelmed.) You will learn known and unknown triggers by your body/brain reactions. You will learn to quiet your mind and think positively. You will learn new healthy coping skills. You will begin to "feel your feelings" and process them so distressful memories no longer cause psychological/physical distress.
I am not certified in one specific therapy-my training includes elements of many different therapies. It is unique and is highly effective for treating trauma and other disorders. I am invested in my clients' wellbeing and have been on many wonderful healing journeys where I watch clients come broken and walk away healthy and whole usually within 3-6 months.
