Hello! My name is Ann Hodgdon, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I view all clients as individuals and work with you to identify your areas of focus and your personal goals. I generally utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I love working with adults from all backgrounds. My experience in a variety of Mental Health settings has given me a unique perspective. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 25 years and have worked extensively with individuals with depression, anxiety, trauma, chronic mental illness, and addiction.
While it is my pleasure to work with individuals of all faiths or none at all, I am a practicing Catholic and am happy to work with Catholics who are struggling to align their life experiences with their faith.
My role is to help you sort out confusion by learning about you as an individual, looking at patterns of behavior that aren’t working, and discovering new methods that help you on your journey to a healthier and happier self.
