Mindfulness Meditation Training
I offer guided meditation training, focused on mindfulness meditation (as seen in TIME) but exploring other aspects/types as well. Groups are offered at various times through the week and year: lunch, late afternoon, and early evening. Meditation is valuable against anxiety, depression, lack of meaning in life, anger, grief, spirituality as well as a multitude of health issues such as fibromyalgia, blood pressure/cardiac issues, chronic pain, irritable bowel syndrome, attention/concentration, weight loss, etc. Groups are mixed by issue and gender, with time for guided teaching/practice and brief discussion of making meditation work in your life.
