At Bjork Counseling my goal is to assist individuals, couples and families to live with more joy and experience healthier relationships with themselves and others. That could mean finding ways to connect with your partner and move through conflict together successfully. It may involve facing trauma, anxiety or depression in order to get the tools to manage it instead of it managing you. If you need support to get through a hard season, I've got you.
