I am seasoned in this work and see adults who have depression, and/or struggle with loss and life transitions. I also work with seniors and people with disabilities. I will work with you on goals you identify. It’s important to understand how your past and environment contribute to your issues, to explore related emotions, identify your strengths and tap into your own wisdom. We can strategize about how to handle current issues.

Attention to wellness can increase the resources you have to face challenges. And I am here to support you as you take on difficult issues. I do this work because I don’t like to see people suffer and I believe people always have potential for growth and recovery. For me connecting with people around their important issues is compelling.
