I consider myself to be eclectic. I most often utilize a Cognitive Behavioral approach. I focus on the issues in the here and now and only refer back to past history where it is relevant to the presenting problem. Many of my patients are dealing with anxiety and depression. I see patients from age 35-80.
I am here to focus on the issues that are causing you pain and interfere in your everyday life. I will provide the support and insight that will help you to move past the obstacles that have prevented you from being the best of who you are.
