Therapy is the first step in investing in yourself. I am a NYS licensed clinical social worker. My mission is to provide guidance and support to you without judgement in a safe, therapeutic environment so that you can focus your sessions on creating the positive life and perspective that you seek. Starting at the first session, I will work with you on creating a treatment plan as step one in order to gain a healthy perspective on your priorities.
I have 25 years of experience working in diverse outpatient and inpatient hospital settings as a psychotherapist and administrator. My specialties are life transition issues, anxiety, depression, conflict, grief/bereavement, self esteem/social skills, trauma/PTSD, work/career matters, post partum depression and overall, personal growth.
II can be reached via phone or e-mail for a brief initial consultation. Non-judgement; in other words, keeping an open mind is key in order to help you safely work through your issues in a confidential setting. I currently provide telehealth sessions only via Zoom.
