Hi. I am specializing with the young adult, college population at this time. I have been licensed for about 12 years. I have worked in multiple settings with diverse clients with diverse needs. I offer a lot of experience supporting people dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, relationship skills and assisting young adults as they move in to more independence.
I most often utilize cognitive tools and mindfulness techniques with a therapeutic theme which honors the client as the expert on themselves. Experience as a grief and loss counselor has been extremely useful as so many of us are working through loss; the loss of people, pets, hope, identity and more.
