Have you experienced any of the following: death of a loved one, break-up of a relationship, loss of a pet, divorce, unemployment, illness, life changes, and feeling like you are in limbo (separation; not knowing when the end is coming). You are not alone! I specialize in helping individuals who are going through grief, and showing signs of depression, anger, anxiety and low self esteem for 37 years. I have learned that there are four stages of grief: loss, surviving, healing and growth. Coaching, is an on-going partnership between you and me to encourage change, produce outcomes; so you can fulfill your dreams.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for Texas and Arizona and a Board Certified Life/Wellness Coach . I have worked at a women's job corps center, community college, private practice, with victims of domestic violence, psychiatric hospital, child placing agency, veterans and individuals with physical, emotional and learning disabilities.
