Anger Management Group
Anita is a Certified Anger Management Specialist II through the National Anger Management Association (NAMA) Anita is committed and passionate about working with people. As a Certified Anger Management Specialist II, Anita has been trained and certified to offer anger management groups, classes, and individual sessions. Through the use of a weekly anger log and workbook, participants learn to take responsibility for their anger. This makes an anger management program a wonderful alternative to punitive incarcerations and fines which can be harmful to families and communities. The group is virtual and meets weekly on Saturdays for twelve weeks.
