I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Heidelberg University. I work with clients ranging from children, adolescents, adults, and parents who are dealing with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-injury, adjustment disorders, grief/loss, anger management, and mental Illness.
My therapy style is active and goal-oriented, teaching cognitive-behavioral techniques. My goal is to help you reach your desired solution. I believe that all people are cable of change and have it within themselves to make any changes necessary to build a better life.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my cats and family. I love planting flowers and working in the garden. I also have a love for traveling. I hope I have the opportunity to work with you!
