This 8-week facilitated program is crafted to empower teens, fostering insight into their internal narratives and equipping them with practical tools to overcome challenges. Navigating through the turbulence of teenage years can be daunting, and this group provides a supportive, safe environment for teens to share experiences, connect, learn and grow.
