I am a Person Centered therapist, which means I focus on what a client needs and their unique experiences rather than on a particular modality. I use EMDR for trauma resolution and letting go of negative limiting beliefs as well as Mindfulness practices, and Strengths and Resilience Based Approach along with Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
