As a counselor, I have experience working with all kinds of people and mental health concerns. One specialty area I have is helping people recover from trauma. I also work with concerns of depression, anxiety, life changes, self-esteem, and more. I honor the value of every person and enjoy utilizing a person’s strengths to help them find solutions to living their best life.
I most often use IFS (Internal Family Systems), CBT, and Person Centered Therapy. Supervision: I am also an approved supervisor in the state of Oregon. If you are a counseling student or associate in need of a supervisor and think we would be a good fit, please email me to set up a consultation.
I seek to provide a calm, trustworthy, non-judgmental, and supportive environment that allows for honest, real, and life-changing conversations. I believe that the best results happen when treating the whole person, which includes mental, physical, spiritual, relational, and intellectual parts of self. Let's work together to find your hope and healing!
