Hi there! I believe that in order to reach our maximum potential, we must work to both accept our emotions, and change our unhealthy behaviors. I believe in using evidence-based treatment practices to target powerful change. I am a strong proponent of both education and deep understanding in therapy. I have extensive education in several specialties utilizing mindfulness, neurobiology, and attachment. I draw on a number of cutting edge treatments to teach skills for managing distress, intense emotions, and in partners teaching to co-regulate, along with creating healthy attachment. These modalities include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples' Therapy), and DARE-Dynamic Attachment and repatterning experience.
