I help clients build a positive self esteem and a strong self identity through a secure therapeutic relationship that builds trust, eventual confrontation, and teach them coping skills to take through the rest of their lives. Working with the mind and body for a complete holistic experience is imperative in my practice. Learning how to regulate emotions and not allow symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress and other emotional issues to take over their lives is a key component to my therapy. My practice is Telehealth, I'm licensed in New Jersey, New York, Montana and Florida.
I work with a cognitive behavioral approach-meaning working on negative thought patterns and teaching how to change those to have positive outcome with behaviors. I teach my clients how to handle stress through mindfulness, relaxation techniques, guided imagery and regulating emotions. I offer online classes for Teens and Young Adults (go to website).
I am sensitive to your whole being, someone who can draw from the wide range of methods that have been designed to enhance the way you live. I am a LifeForce Yoga® Practitioner Level 1 and RYT 200. LifeForce Yoga is intentionally designed to work with and manage the mood. Emotional Wellness is my goal for everyone.
