My training and experience grant me the skills to walk alongside as you learn to relieve anxiety and OCD, recover from an eating disorder, and resolve trauma. I am well-versed in various presentations of anxiety and can support healing through education and experiential triumph. I have worked with eating disorders and trauma at high levels of care for adults and adolescents.
I use a blend of evidence-based modalities tailored uniquely to you. I am trained in ERP, IFS, and EMDR. Each offer a transformative path to break free from restrictive beliefs and behaviors. My structured and experiential interventions are further informed by ACT, DBT, and CBT to support mindfulness, values-based living, and emotion regulation.
It is both brave and admirable to face our vulnerabilities. I aim to hold nonjudgmental, emotionally attuned space while sharing my knowledge and skills. I believe in working intentionally and collaboratively with you towards your goals and desires.
