Are you experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, illness, loneliness, self-loathing, or problems regarding a relationship or change in your life? In the safe and comfortable environment of my Baldwin office, we can understand what is happening for you, and develop effective mechanisms for your overcoming these difficulties. I believe deeply in the process of psychotherapy and have seen positive changes in people of all ages whom I have worked with . While the idea of psychotherapy may seem daunting at the outset, I am committed to making the experience worthwhile and meaningful for you.
Subspecialties include: Recovering from the aftermath of violent crime; coping with serious illness or aging in oneself or loved ones; relationship difficulties; identity issues; feelings of shame, isolation and loneliness; and issues involved in ethnicity, identity, migration/immigration and acculturation. I listen to my clients empathically.
