I employ an integrative and holistic Attachment and Mindfulness-based therapeutic framework rooted in Narrative, Restoration (RT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) modalities to support and help co-create opportunities for healing for women (19+), families, and couples navigating the perinatal and postpartum period, pregnancy and infant loss, and infertility. Additionally, I have experience working with relationship stress, seismic life transitions, grief and loss, family conflict, anxiety, depression, chronic illnesses and major medical diagnoses, and trauma.
As an Asian-American and daughter of immigrants, I have a deep appreciation for the unique influence of spirituality, culture, and family-of-origin contexts on our lived experiences, and a strong belief in the capacity for healing that accompanies witnessing and honoring my clients’ personal and communal narratives.
My work is deeply rooted in my recognition that every individual holds value and resilience. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they 'go deep,' reflect on where they have come from and where they would like to go, and reclaim the authorship rights to their stories.
