Or you may feel that life has lost its color, and you want to connect with a deeper sense of meaning. My goal is to provide a caring and interactive environment to support your healing.
I like to incorporate a balance of relational techniques with insight-oriented depth therapy approaches. I commonly pull from the frameworks of Jungian psychotherapy, dreamwork and mindfulness to craft an approach that fits each client.
