My experience includes training in Mindfulness Based Techniques, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) for treating trauma. I work with Adults, Children and Families and my goal is to support you in cultivating connection and wellness--honoring what this means to you and your individual process and experience.
I value a client-centered, strength-based approach, where your inner knowledge is honored and is a significant factor in shaping the therapeutic process. I work to create an environment that feels safe, but also challenges problematic thinking patterns and beliefs to cultivate positive life changes.
