I am PhD in Clinical Psychology and I am offering my psychological and coaching services (life, psychology and recovery coaching) for clients who want to reach a higher level of satisfaction or learning and to bring greater fulfillment in life. I am using the holistic and integrative approach, considering the whole person and the whole situation. My clients enjoy the vitality and well-being that results from their positive lifestyle changes, and are motivated to continue this process throughout their lives. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and I provide culturally appropriate services to the diversity of Latino/a community.
Due to my interest in Recovery, person centered care and community inclusion of individuals with mental health and addiction disorders, I am Adjunct Professor at Yale Program for Recovery and Community Health, Yale University, involved in national and in international research and training projects.
I started and leaded the Catalonia Problem Gambling Services under the Mental Health and Addiction Department of the Catalan Government in Catalonia, Spain, getting that gambling disorder was considered as a public health issue. I have received awards for excellence in research and clinical care in mental health and addiction.
