I am here to partner with individuals in healing and to empower them to recognize their inner strength and worth. I have worked with adolescents, adults, and senior populations individually and in groups. My master's degree in Pastoral Counseling combines psychology theories such as CBT, DBT skills, family systems, and reality therapy with spirituality and meaning of life to provide a holistic approach to counseling as you meet individual's needs and goals where they are at.
I believe a good therapeutic relationship is important in helping clients meet their goals and make positive life changes. I am genuine, empathetic, nonjudgmental, welcoming, and will create a safe place to share your story.
