It is virtually impossible to heal from anything kept hidden. My passion is helping children, adolescents, and adults discover new and healthy ways to manage stress, anxiety, and depression. My counseling style is warm and interactive and my ability to listen actively, treat others with respect, compassion, and dignity, and offer new perspectives, provides clients with a safe place to address their concerns. My technique combines cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness, a solution-focused approach, motivational interviewing, and client-centered counseling. Our dialog and your treatment plan will be adapted to meet your unique and specific needs.
