It's been my honor to work for the last decade with people struggling with eating disorders, and I'm passionate about exploring the expansive possibilities of healing. Recovery is "non-linear," so each person's process has its own complexities, timing, and map. But many courageous people have gone before in this process, so that we have an ever-deepening understanding of how to achieve lasting freedom from EDs. I offer ED care to adolescents age 13+ using the FBT model and to adults of all ages using an integrative approach. I also specialize in working with chronic illness, disability, and Jewish teens and adults.
I have a particular focus on working with people who experience oppression and marginalization, and I work from a body liberation ethos, which means I have a fat-liberationist, LGBTQ+ affirming, antiracist, and disability-justice approach to healing. I also draw heavily from the evidence base on refeeding protocols and the neurobiology of eating disorders.
