Hi, I’m so glad you’ve found me to help you start your healing journey. As a pre-licensed therapist, I work with teens, adults, and couples to guide them toward freeing themselves from suffering. My approach is rooted in holistic healing, focusing on deep, nourishing change that addresses the root cause of your wounds.
I am a somatic therapist that uses Brainspotting (BSP) to facilitate healing. BSP uses the idea that where we look influences how we feel, combining this concept with bilateral processing techniques similar to EMDR. The goal is to target and release trauma stored in both the mind and body, helping individuals free themselves from their pain and distress.
I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, substance use issues, abuse, racism, oppression, relationship issues, betrayal and more.
