I specialize in stress management, anger management, impulse control, family conflict, depression, and anxiety. I work with adults and teens, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, solution-focused, and strength-based approaches. With children, a mix of play therapy and parenting strategies are used. I am currently offering short-term therapy as I will be on leave starting in mid-August.
