I am a licensed clinical social worker in Oregon, Idaho, and Colorado. I obtained my Master’s degree at Portland State University in 2006. I specialize in treating adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, neurologic disorders, eating disorders, grief and loss, chronic illness, caregiver strain, life transitions, and challenges in their personal relationships. I support diversity in my practice with clients.
I am interested in helping those who "feel stuck," are struggling with boundaries or might be dealing with general feelings of being "overwhelmed.” I am committed to a person-centered, collaborative approach to therapy and am passionate about empowering people to achieve growth and healing in their own lives.
Sessions will include an exploration of thoughts, feelings, patterns, and experiences that contribute to "feeling stuck." As a collaborative and strengths-based therapist, I will work to help you develop personalized tools to address goals, recognize strengths, regain a sense of control, create boundaries, and propel you forward with hope and confidence.
