TARGET teaches practical skills that people of all backgrounds and ages naturally use when they tap into the remarkable capabilities of the human brain to think clearly under stress. ***This is not a trauma processing group. This is a skills group.*** 10 session - 1hr/week cost is $500 paid upfront or $50 weekly before group starts. 4-8 people per group. This is a closed group.
