I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist and Career Therapist with 20 years of professional experience. I work closely with wonderful people like you who lead very busy lives, whether due to a highly stressful job, career, business or just being a parent trying to do it all. Many of my clients feel anxious, depressed, and/or overwhelmed balancing work and life. Others are experiencing a significant life transition -- a career change, the end of a relationship, or a relocation.
