I use a trauma-informed approach to explore past experiences, relationships, and attachment styles. I enjoy working with both individuals and couples to address past trauma, core wounds, and repair relationships.
As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. I am here to help you navigate life's challenges, develop a deeper understanding of yourself, and build the skills needed to create a more fulfilling and balanced life.
