As I have gathered experience in many different areas, I have come to realize that I have a passion for assisting clients in their grief and the issues that can come along when experiencing problematic symptoms, such as substance abuse, trauma, PTSD, suicidal behaviors/ideations, and the many symptoms that we can develop when we experience a highly impactful loss.
Telehealth has been a great resource for many clients and therapists in many different ways! I am also working with SonderMind, a well-known platform that is very user-friendly and has an app that allows for convenience and open accessibility. I utilize a compassionate and empathic approach to guide you throughout the process of bereavement and mourning.
I have realized that each individual I have treated is unique and although I have education and knowledge of different theories and approaches, I have learned that individualizing the treatment aspects and gaining the therapeutic rapport has been the most beneficial for my clientele.
